The bit is the layering. Eighties arcade graphics, late-1800s steam train, mid-twentieth-century childhood, all stacked on one screen like a clearance bin at a museum gift shop. The joke is how the eras collide and refuse to apologize.

For the people who can still hear the demo-loop music of a game they haven’t played since middle school. Who’d argue, given the chance, that the 1900s were technically a hundred-year span and they lived through enough of it to be insulted by the math. Who treat the word “millennial” with suspicion either way.
